Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of a Family Dollar in Pottsboro, Texas, a community just north of Dallas. The newly constructed building is located at the corner of Franklin Street and Highway 120. Family Dollar signed a ten year lease with four options to extend. Gavin Kam and Brad Kam with Net Realty Advisors represented a West Coast, all cash buyer on the transaction.
